2、混砂操作：Sand mixing operation营口象圆首先把电控盘的操纵方式放在手动位置上分别启动固化泵、树脂泵按钮，使回流和出液管路充满液料。液料调整比例按照ZL-I呋喃树脂加入量一般为0.7-1.5%（占砂重），SQ-A（春秋） 或SQ-B(夏季)或 GC-12（冬季）固化剂（加入量一般为0.5-2.5%（占砂重），分季使用；具体量值根据固化脱模时间进行调整；

4、砂调操作：Sand adjusting operation加砂闸门开启于1／3处。锁死加砂闸板气缸后的调节螺母，使砂量稳定。自动操作：将（调砂系统手动/自动）旋钮开关调至“自动”位置，先按（开车报警）→按“砂调系统”（自动启动）按钮。Sand adding stop valve is opened to 1/3 position. Lock adjusting screw nut which is on the back of cylinder of sand adding flashboard to make sand amount steady. Automatic operation: Set rotating switch to ‘automatic operation’ position, press driving alarming button firstly →press automatic starting button of ‘sand adjusting system.
