1、以GTAV为例，点击库中相应游戏---点击客服
2、看到如下界面(也可能出现下图界面)，点击红框内的图示这里我们以It's not 嘛术铹砾what I excepted为例，进行退款PS：若进行锑郎颥坜游戏2h以下，可点击I purchased this by accident成功率更高若2h以及更多，最好点击It's not what I excepted
3、点击红框内I'd like to request a refund，即我要退款
4、Refund to Alipay 为退款到支付宝Refund to m鲻戟缒男y Steam wallet 为退款到Steam钱包值得注意的是，任何方式都可以退款到Steam钱包，而使用钱包的交易只能退款到钱包
5、可点击以下两选项进行退款，并在Notes内描述原因（图为楼主范本，可引用，成功率目前100%）
6、点击Submit request，大功告成，在审核后2天内退款到账户中
