svchost.exe占网速的解决办法

1、右键我的电脑----管理---选择服务，如图：

3、双击Background Intelligent Transfer Service---启咿蛙匆盗动类型改为手动或禁用----服务状态改为停止服务，如图：

4、重启电脑即可。
