win键+R 唤出 运行窗口

键入regedit 唤出注册表编辑器

打开注册表定位到HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionAuthenticationLogonUIBackground

更改OEMBackground的值为 1 （表示使用OEM背景）

系统路径C:WindowsSystem32oobeinfoBackgrounds下的BackgroundDefault.jpg图片就是Windows登录背景
